The staff were so helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. They really went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The food was delicious and the spa treatment was a luxurious experience. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a restful sleep every night. We can't recommend this place enough. It's definitely a hotel that everyone should consider staying at.

The skiing experience was the best. There were different levels to cater to each individuals' skill. the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. the food was amazing, full board meals offered a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. the spa treatments were the icing on the cake, with excellent massage techniques. the prices were reasonable for all the services provided.

The ski hire shop run by another company was sometimes late in opening, and communication was difficult since we didn't speak Turkish. Nonetheless, the hotel staff was quick to help us every time we faced any difficulty.

The noise level in the spa was unbearable, especially during busy hours which ruined the experience. The Christmas decorations were very minimal, and the atmosphere was lacking in holiday spirit.
